At Epsom Montessori House, we know that good food helps children grow, learn, and feel their best. Mealtimes are also a fun way for tamariki to try new tastes and textures while building confidence and independence.
Our menu is planned with care, using fresh, locally sourced food from New Zealand—meat, eggs, dairy, fruit, and vegetables that are healthy and nourishing. We keep things simple and balanced, with a 4-week rotating menu that offers variety but still feels familiar.
Morning tea and afternoon tea always include fresh fruit, and each cycle also offers a vegetarian meal. Every dish is made with care to give children the energy and joy they need each day.
